Generate inspiration or custom music with Suno through hosted MCP

For generating music in MCP with Suno Inspiration Mode or Custom Mode, if you already have an Ace Data Cloud Bearer token and accept that remote song generation consumes quota.

Who it is for

For people who already have an Ace Data Cloud API token and want to turn text into music with Suno inside an MCP client. This is hosted MCP; the source says you do not need a local install. Every request must carry a Bearer token.

Not for people who have no token yet but want a song first. Also not for people who need custom lyrics, title, and style but take Inspiration Mode: Inspiration Mode is suno_generate_music; for full control of lyrics, title, and style use suno_generate_custom_music.

First try in 3 minutes

Follow one official path only: connect the hosted endpoint with type streamable-http. Do not install a local package. The endpoint is

https://suno.mcp.acedata.cloud/mcp

Configure it on the client's MCP server entry: type streamable-http, set url to the endpoint above, and set the Authorization header to Bearer plus the token from the platform. Do not paste a placeholder secret from the docs into the config as-is.

Prerequisites: a valid Ace Data Cloud API token; a client that supports streamable HTTP MCP.

For the first call, use the source-named suno_generate_music: generate music from a text prompt in Suno Inspiration Mode. This is a write action: it submits generation remotely and consumes tokens. Before you submit, confirm the prompt and account quota. The check is that the tool returns a generation result, not an auth failure. The source does not give prompt field names, duration, or a callback method, so do not invent parameters or a polling tool name.

Success signal: the client is connected to the endpoint above, and one suno_generate_music run finishes with a result. Generation talks to remote Suno/AceDataCloud; it is not "offline".

Use cases

Case 1: one track in Inspiration Mode. Use suno_generate_music with a text prompt only. For people who want to hear a style first and do not need lyrics yet. Evidence only mentions Inspiration Mode; it does not guarantee a field name for a returned audio URL.

Case 2: custom lyrics, title, and style. Use suno_generate_custom_music (Custom Mode). For people who already have lyrics and just want a song in a given style. Evidence only names lyrics, title, and style; it does not give format or length limits. Both generate audio remotely and consume quota.

Limits

A Bearer token is required. The hosted endpoint needs no local install. Evidence only names suno_generate_music and suno_generate_custom_music; it does not name a lyrics-only tool or a job-query tool, so do not invent one. Generation creates a remote job/audio; evidence has no undo path. Official repo:
