Huashu Design: get a deliverable HTML design from one sentence

Who it's for

For people who want a deliverable design from one sentence in their assistant. Official wording: type one sentence in your agent and get back a design you can deliver. The repository title positions it as an HTML-native design skill covering high-fidelity prototypes, slides, and animation, plus twenty design philosophies, a five-dimension check, and MP4 export.

A better fit is someone who already has a one-sentence brief (make a clickable prototype, or a slide deck you can present) and can run npx skills add on this machine. It is not a fit if you only want to talk it through and will not check whether the install directory is complete.

Before you start, you need to be able to run the official install command. Official text says it works across agents and that several environments can install it; do not treat that list as a mutually exclusive scope.

First try in 3 minutes

Stay on the npx main path. The first time, verify the install is complete before you decide whether to generate files.

Prerequisites: this machine already has npm/npx. Do not export MP4 on the first try, and do not write files to an unconfirmed path.

Install location: run this in the workspace:

After install, glance at the install directory as the original text says, for example ~/.claude/skills/huashu-design/. If you only have SKILL.md and none of those subdirectories, the skills CLI is too old (≤1.5.15 has a defect that syncs only a single file; fixed in 1.5.19). Upgrade the CLI first, then continue. Do not hand-fill the subdirectories.

Low-risk trigger: once the directory is complete, use one sentence to have the assistant prepare an interactive-prototype check, instead of exporting video first. Original delivery for an interactive prototype is: single-file HTML, a real iPhone bezel, clickable, verified with Playwright, about 10–15 minutes. Before generating, confirm which path the HTML will land on; after generating, open it locally and finish Playwright verification before treating it as deliverable.

Success signal: the install directory contains more than SKILL.md, and you have not written any unconfirmed export files.

Use cases

Case 1: Clickable App / Web interactive prototype. Delivered as single-file HTML with a real iPhone bezel, clickable, and verified with Playwright. For people who already have a one-screen flow and want to see a high-fidelity prototype first. Confirm the output path, then generate; do not send it to anyone before verification passes.

Case 2: Presentation slides. Original text: HTML deck (present in the browser) plus editable PPTX (text boxes preserved), about 15–25 minutes. For people who already have an outline and need something they can present and still edit. PPTX writes a file; confirm the save location before generating; after generating, open it locally and check the text boxes before distributing.

Boundaries

Timeline animation exports MP4 (25fps / 60fps interpolation), GIF (palette optimized), and BGM, about 8–12 minutes. Files are larger; do not use this as the first try.

The only install command is npx skills add alchaincyf/huashu-design. When the directory is incomplete, the original text only points to a CLI version issue; do not invent other installers.

The twenty design philosophies and five-dimension check appear only in the repository title; the body quoted on this page does not list the items. Do not invent philosophy names or a checklist.

Do not invent skill paths that never appear, and do not read “can install everywhere” as if every environment’s steps were already written out.
