Who it is for

This fits a one-person company, an independent developer, or a sole operator who wants to add a set of automated skills to an assistant. Officially: these are AI Agent Skills for Solopreneurs, Indie Hackers, and One-Person Companies, used to extend an assistant and finish more specialized tasks.

It fits better if you already have a page that needs AI-search visibility, or you already need to learn demand from public discussion. The source names only two skill rows: seo-geo and requesthunt. It does not fit people looking for an install command on this page — the cited source gives no npx or other installer.

Before you start, open the official repository and use only the skill folders in the table. Do not invent other skills/ paths.

First try in 3 minutes

Use only the official places the source gives: the repository and the skill folders. The first time, do a read-only check; do not change a live page yet, and do not post to an outside community yet.

Prerequisites: you already have page copy of your own, or the assistant can already load a local skill folder. If the skill has not appeared, stay at the repository; do not invent install steps.

Install location: the source has no install command. Official repository:

https://github.com/resciencelab/opc-skills

seo-geo folder:

https://github.com/ReScienceLab/opc-skills/blob/main/skills/seo-geo

Low-risk trigger: if the skill is available, ask the assistant to check your existing page copy with seo-geo, looking at what it lacks for AI search such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google. Advice only; do not change live content. Officially each skill is an independent folder with instructions, scripts, and resources, and SKILL.md supplies the description and metadata. The first time, read that description before you decide whether to run a script.

Success signal: the assistant gives check points in SEO and GEO terms, and does not push or overwrite live files. If it wants to run a script or send a request outward, confirm the side effects first.

Usage examples

Example 1: Optimize existing content for AI search. Use seo-geo: SEO and GEO, aimed at ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google. It fits people who already have a page and want the gap first. The evidence is only that sentence; it gives no detection tool and no live-page steps. Check the copy first, then decide whether to change the page.

Example 2: Read demand from public discussion. Use requesthunt: research user demand from Reddit, X, and GitHub. Folder:

https://github.com/ReScienceLab/opc-skills/blob/main/skills/requesthunt

It fits people who already have a product direction and only want demand signals. This reaches outside sites; confirm first that it will not auto-post or change someone else’s repository. The evidence does not write query terms or an export format.

Limits

The source has no install command. Do not add marketplace or CLI install. The official places are only the repository and the two folders above.

A skill is an independent folder with SKILL.md and may include scripts. Before you run a script, see what it will change.

Officially it can extend many assistants and writes and more; that is not an exclusive roster, and there are no separate steps for each environment.

Do not invent skill names outside the table, and do not read seo-geo as already covering every search engine.
