Brain.fm

brain.fm is a focus music app; the site says its personalized focus music helps users reach a focused state faster, and that its technology promotes and enhances coordinated neural activity within five minutes. The product offers multiple modes for different activities in daily life, and the site says each mode provides optimized music for the task at hand. The site introduces the patents it holds, whose technology triggers strong neural phase locking so that neuron populations take part in various coordinated activities. On music processing, the site says most music in the world is designed to grab attention and leads to distraction, while its process reduces or removes such attention-grabbing elements so that the music can sit comfortably as background audio.
