Continuum

A local macOS app for managers to record one-on-one observations and track long-term changes in direct reports

Last Updated 9/10/2026

About Continuum

Continuum is a private macOS app for managers and team leads. After each one-on-one or event, you can record observations about direct reports in your own words and place them in continuously updated individual threads. The app supports marking signals such as ownership, momentum, and pressure and their direction, lets signals decay over time at the configured rate, and prompts you to review someone first when you open it. Data is stored locally on the Mac and is not shared with the team or systems.
