Deskmates
Show multi-tool agent session status on Mac with pixel monsters
About Deskmates
Deskmates is a local Mac tool for visualizing agent sessions: it gives each Claude Code chat and sub-agent a pixel monster that shows what the agent is doing. The tool observes session lifecycles through hook scripts and places Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor sessions side by side in one row; it reads state only from local files, so work stays on-device. You can also hover for info cards; the Pro version can jump to sessions and show tokens, cost, and per-project statistics.
