About EraseNoise

EraseNoise is a background noise removal tool for podcasters and video creators. It imports MP4, MOV, M4V, and WebM footage shot on a phone or camera (up to 2 GB) directly, with no need to export audio first. It reduces wind, fan, traffic, and electrical hum behind the voice and supports echo cancellation. When processing video it replaces only the audio track; the H.264 and HEVC picture is copied as-is with no second render, so there is no quality loss. It outputs a 48 kHz WAV as long as the video, which can be imported into Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut with the original track muted. Two-track interviews are processed by left and right channel, the denoise strength is adjustable, and a little room tone is kept so the voice sounds more natural.
