Ghostwriter
An AI writing assistant that reads on-screen context and generates drafts in any text box with a double-tap of the shortcut.
About Ghostwriter
Ghostwriter is a feature of the MyHandler.ai desktop app. Place your cursor in any text box and double-tap the shortcut, and Handler reads the content around the cursor on your screen—such as a conversation thread or a form—as its entire input, infers what you are about to write, and types a draft directly into that text box in your tone. The draft is edited and sent by you; Ghostwriter itself never sends anything on your behalf. Screen reading is done locally on your machine, centered around an encrypted vault on your PC; the assembled context is sent to its cloud model (with zero data retention) to generate the draft. It requires Windows 10 or 11 and a cursor placed in a text box in any app; only schedule conflict checking requires a calendar connection—no other features need a calendar.
