Hardbook
A booking and signing tool for freelancers who charge by the day: customers open a link, choose a date, and sign to confirm the booking.
About Hardbook
Hardbook is a booking and contract-signing tool for freelancers who charge by the day. It does one thing: turns a verbal “that’s settled” into a signed, locked-in booking, rather than a CRM, project management, or invoicing suite. Before using it, complete one setup: enter your day rate, connect Google Calendar, write a contract template, and add your own logo and background; it takes about ten minutes. Customers do not need to register or install an app: they open the link, choose a date, and sign, and the booking is confirmed. You can collect a deposit when they sign; payment goes directly to your own Stripe account. Start for free with no credit card; paid use is available by monthly or annual subscription, with no lock-in term and the option to deactivate at any time.
