Hotspot Meter
Real-time Wi-Fi and hotspot traffic monitoring in the macOS menu bar, with usage alerts
About Hotspot Meter
Hotspot Meter is a macOS menu bar traffic monitor that shows real-time Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot download and upload rates, along with current session and cumulative usage for each network. Set a 100 MB to 10 GB session limit, or an independent GB-level limit for a network, and receive a notification when usage exceeds the threshold. All tracking features are free, and the app runs locally; the official statement says data is not collected, remotely stored, or transmitted. Supports macOS 14 Sonoma and later.
