About Meetily
Meetily is an open-source, self-hostable AI meeting notes tool that captures, transcribes, and summarizes meetings in real time, with transcription running locally on the device throughout so recordings and audio never leave the device. It captures system audio directly and works with major meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. Meeting summaries can be generated with local models or your own Claude, OpenAI, or Groq API keys; with local Whisper and Ollama, it can run fully offline after initial setup. The Community edition is free and open source under the MIT license; the Pro edition adds speaker identification, export, and automatic detection; the Enterprise edition provides an admin console, dedicated support, and a compliance framework.
