tablo
A tiny menu-bar cat that monitors Claude Code and Codex agent context and approval requests in real time.
About tablo
tablo is a little cat in your menu bar that watches over coding agents at work. It supports Claude Code and Codex and brings key status into one component: monitor context window usage in real time by session and get a warning when a threshold is crossed; approve or reject the agent's tool calls with a quick click; and receive an immediate alert when the agent needs input or is waiting for approval. It stays quiet in the menu bar by default and follows you across workspaces. The tool runs locally, is free, and is open source. The official page says it is best optimized for macOS; core monitoring also runs on Windows and Linux, though some features remain experimental on those platforms.
