这份指南给已经在用 Claude Code、并想把同一个问题交给 Codex、Gemini 等其它模型对照的人。官方主路径是用 uv 从仓库安装，再在 .mcp.json 里用 owlex-server 启动。它也可以跑 structured deliberation：各模型先独立作答，再互相看过第一轮后再修订，最后由 Claude 综合。
它适合先开一个 Codex 会话，或发起 council_ask 后异步查看结果的人。证据点名的工具包括 start_codex_session、resume_codex_session、start_gemini_session、resume_gemini_session，以及 wait_for_task、get_task_result、list_tasks。不要补造未出现在表格里的其它模型启动工具名。
3 分钟完成第一次尝试
官方安装命令如下。前置条件：本机可运行 uv，并且你要用的 Codex / Gemini 等代理本身已经能在本机工作。配置位置是项目或用户的 .mcp.json：mcpServers.owlex.command 为 owlex-server。

第一次尝试使用官方工具 start_codex_session：新建一个 Codex session。调用前确认你要启动的是本机已配置好的 Codex。成功信号是会话被创建，而不是命令找不到。这会拉起外部模型进程并可能联网，不能理解成无网络。
使用案例
案例一：单独问 Codex 或 Gemini。对应 start_codex_session / start_gemini_session，之后可用 resume_codex_session（session ID 或 --last）或 resume_gemini_session（index 或 latest）。证据没有写消息字段细节。成功时能继续同一会话。
案例二：开一场 council。对应 council_ask。官方示例 prompt 是 Should I use a monorepo or multiple repos for 5 microservices? 可选项有 claude_opinion、deliberate（默认 true）、critique、roles、team、timeout（默认 300 秒）。Council runs in the background：先发起，再用 list_tasks 看状态，或 get_task_result 非阻塞取结果；需要卡住等待时用 wait_for_task。调用前确认你要向多个模型发送同一问题。
使用边界
council 会把问题发给多个 agent，Round 2 还会让它们看到彼此的第一轮答案。证据没有写出费用、日志保留或删除会话的步骤。timeout 默认 300 秒。未在表格中出现的 OpenCode / ClaudeOR / AiChat 启动工具名不要编造；正文只说可以从 Claude Code 查询这些模型。
