需要给编码代理一套完整软件开发方法论时，再看 Superpowers。官方定义是：Superpowers is a complete software development methodology for your coding agents, built on top of a set of composable skills and some initial instructions that make sure your agent uses them。
它靠技能自动触发，不要求你做特殊召唤。适合已经有编码代理、并愿意按「先认可设计，再出实现计划」往下走的人。若你只想要一条一次性命令、并不接受方法论节奏，它对不上。

3 分钟完成第一次尝试
安装随 harness 而变。第一次尝试只走这一条官方命令：

前置条件：当前这个 harness 能执行上述插件命令。官方写明 Installation differs by harness. If you use more than one, install Superpowers separately for each one。没有写出落盘目录，不要自行指定路径。
安装后不要立刻改代码。先向代理确认：技能是否会自动触发。成功信号是代理能复述 And because the skills trigger automatically, you don't need to do anything special。
接着给一份你已经签字同意的设计（只读，不让它开写），请它只产出 implementation plan。成功信号是计划清楚到「enthusiastic junior engineer with poor taste, no judgement, no project context, and an aversion to testing」也能跟着做，且尚未开始改仓库。若代理跳过计划直接动文件，停住。
使用案例
案例一：设计已签字后出实现计划。正文写：After you've signed off on the design, your agent puts together an implementation plan...。把一份已同意的设计交给代理，明确只要计划、不要实现。能核对的是计划足够细，让缺乏判断力、没有项目上下文、又不爱测试的初级工程师也能执行。页面没有给出计划模板文件名，不要编造。
案例二：安装后靠自动触发工作。正文写 you don't need to do anything special. Your coding agent just has Superpowers。适合在安装完成后，用一次普通的编码对话观察代理是否自行套用方法论，而不是再去喊一个未写出的技能名。若必须手动点名才能工作，说明当前 harness 上的安装还没生效；若你同时用多个 harness，要分别安装。
使用边界
同一页面还有 /add-plugin superpowers。这是另一套 harness 的安装写法，不是第一次尝试的主路径；不要把其中一条推广到所有环境。多个 harness 必须分别安装。
方法论建立在 composable skills 和 initial instructions 上，页面没有列出技能清单或客户端名单，不要补名字，也不要写成只支持某一个代理。
先有设计签字，再出实现计划。页面没有授权在未签字时直接开工。
没有密钥、卸载命令或本地目录。未写出的测试步骤、分支策略和发布动作都不要补。
