Chatzap
AI sales chatbot for websites with lead capture, multilingual replies, and no-code embedding.
About Chatzap
Chatzap is an AI sales chatbot for websites. It learns about a business from its website link, then provides a widget that can be embedded by pasting a script into the site HTML. The chatbot answers visitor questions, tailors responses to the business, collects leads, and helps move suitable visitors toward a purchase. Teams can test the bot in the dashboard before embedding it, customize the widget with a live preview, and review chat logs. Chatzap supports 95 languages and responds in each visitor’s preferred language. The free plan includes one chatbot, a 400,000-character training limit, and 100 monthly message credits. Paid plans raise the training and credit allowances; Premium supports five chatbots, prioritized support, and removal of the Powered by Chatzap label. Messages from visitors and the account owner each consume one pooled credit, and the pool renews monthly. API access, analytics, extra credit packs, auto-recharge, and additional-chatbot add-ons are marked as coming soon, so they are not available for current workflows. Data content is stored on AWS servers in the us-east region. The asynchronous embed script is designed to load after the rest of the webpage.
Best for
Best use cases
A visitor asks a product question outside business hours, and the embedded bot responds from its training on the company website.
A sales team tests the chatbot in its dashboard, adjusts the widget appearance, and then adds the supplied script to the site.
A conversation indicates purchase interest, so the chatbot captures lead details for a later sales follow-up.

Pros

- Support for 95 languages lets one embedded assistant respond to a broader range of international visitors.
- The USD $0 plan includes lead capture and chat logs, allowing teams to evaluate the core workflow before paying.
Cons
- The Free plan includes only 100 monthly message credits, which may be too restrictive for a busy website.
