About Img2Sheet
Img2Sheet converts receipts, invoices, forms, business cards, tables, and other supported documents into structured spreadsheet data. It accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files up to 5MB. Completed extractions appear in Scan Records for review and export to CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, or ODS, so Google Sheets is optional. A Sheets extension supports in-spreadsheet extraction; webhooks send JSON results to other systems; and the Android app captures receipts by phone. Batch processing handles multiple documents, while PDF splitting extracts multi-page files page by page. Img2Sheet reports 95%+ accuracy for clear documents, although lighting, blur, and page flatness affect results. Commercial options include monthly credit plans, one-time credit purchases, BYOK with separate platform and AI-provider billing, and self-hosting for private infrastructure. Failed processing does not consume credits. Purchased credits do not expire, but unused monthly credits roll over for no more than three months.
