Rewrait
Rewrite selected text or dictated drafts inside Mac and Windows apps using saved styles, shared workflows, and approved company sources.
About Rewrait
Rewrait is a desktop writing assistant for Mac and Windows that rewrites selected text inside the app where a person is already working. A user can highlight a rough draft or dictate one, choose a saved style or shortcut, and replace the original text in place. Personal workflows can shape tone and output, while team workspaces can share styles and workflows across customer-facing writing. Team shortcuts can also read approved pages from Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs, helping support and success teams apply current policy language without moving drafts into another tab. The service offers a permanent Free plan, plus Pro and Team subscriptions. Pro expands character limits, models, variants, dictation languages, personal styles, workflows, and API access. Team adds shared workspace controls, company context, managed seats, and a no-training guarantee for team text. Rewrait states that content is processed to return a rewrite, is not used to train AI models, and that rewrite history is off by default.
