About Ayven

Ayven is an AI coordinator that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams. You give it the outcome you want, and it reaches out to the people each step is waiting on: it asks questions of whoever can answer them (via a direct message to an individual, or in a channel when anyone can respond); for tickets past their deadline, it follows up with the ticket owner and, with your approval, hands the work over to a colleague who can take it on; and it creates or updates tickets once you approve the specific changes. Its messages and comments can be sent autonomously, but any change to a ticket waits for your confirmation—the only exception being status comments on overdue tickets—and you can also set certain types of changes to be auto-approved. Beyond Slack and Teams, you can message Ayven via the HTTP API or MCP from your own code and AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, with the same effect as messaging it in Slack.

Get a decisive answer from someone without chasing them everywhere

Let the AI handle follow-ups and status reminders first, while you give final approval to actual ticket changes

Call Ayven from your own code, CI pipelines, or AI coding tools to handle coordination tasks
