About Denser

Denser builds AI chatbots and autonomous agents from a company’s own content without requiring code. It accepts websites, PDFs, databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, then answers questions in natural language with links back to the source. A team can add the chatbot to a website, use the REST API on paid tiers, or set up actions and multi-step workflows. The free plan works for an initial test, though 20 queries per month will not support a realistic traffic trial. Paid tiers increase query volume, storage, bot count, team seats, and log retention. Denser encrypts data in transit and at rest, supports role-based and per-chatbot access, and lets customers export or delete their data. Services run on AWS in the United States. SOC 2 compliance remains in progress, so regulated buyers may need an additional security review.

Best for

Solo builders testing a source-grounded chatbot
Small teams that need API access and shared administration
Larger organizations that need higher limits, support, or SLAs

Best use cases

Testing a chatbot with a small knowledge base on the free tier

Deploying customer support across a website and internal sources

Running higher-volume agents with longer query-log retention

Compare before choosing

The free tier includes one bot but only 20 queries per month

REST API access begins with the $29 per month Starter plan
