About DoneCut

DoneCut is a pay-per-order video editing service: you upload your raw footage (such as YouTube video footage or short-video footage, up to 60 minutes long), and the service cuts it into a finished video. Pricing is based on footage length, and you see the exact quote before paying; you pay half up front to start the edit, and after reviewing the watermarked preview you can request up to two rounds of revisions, then pay the remaining half to download the full-quality, watermark-free file. Besides video footage, supporting files such as music, logos, reference images, and storyboard PDFs can be added for free and are not counted toward billing.

Best for

YouTube creators who need to outsource editing
Operators producing Shorts, Reels, and TikTok short videos
Individuals or small teams who don't want to edit themselves and prefer pay-per-order pricing

Best use cases

Produce Shorts, Reels, or TikTok short videos in bulk with tiered per-video pricing

Confirm the exact price before paying, and pay the balance only after approving the result via the watermarked preview and two rounds of revisions
