Nimble
Nimble is Bespoke Labs' hosted decision model API: send a state and candidate answers, and it returns a probability for each option, letting your code automatically execute high-confidence judgments and hand ambiguous ones to humans.
About Nimble
Nimble is a hosted decision model API from Bespoke Labs. You send it the current state (for example, a user message) along with the allowed candidate answers in a single request, and it reads the state and returns a probability for each question and each option. Your code can then take action directly on high-confidence judgments while handing ambiguous, close-call judgments to human review. Typical use cases on the official website include ticket dispatch (ticket routing), agent task gating (yes/no decisions), and rating replies on a 1–5 scale. New users receive a credit equivalent to 3k decisions.
Best for
Best use cases
Automatic routing and classification of support tickets
Yes/no gating for AI agent execution steps
Automatic scoring of reply content on a 1–5 scale
Features
Multiple decision scenarios
Official example scenarios include: routing tickets, yes/no gating for agentic tasks, and rating replies on a 1–5 scale.
Confidence-based routing
The model gives clear results for high-confidence judgments, so code can act on them automatically, while the rest go to human review.
Pros
- A single request returns the answer for each question along with per-option probabilities, making it easy for code to handle automatically by confidence or escalate to humans.
- Offers a hosted API, so you can call it without deploying a model yourself.
