OpenTrade

Local autonomous trading agent orchestration tool for Claude Code and Codex

Last Updated 11/2/2026

About OpenTrade

OpenTrade is a macOS app that lets Claude Code or Codex agents connect to Robinhood Agentic Trading through the official MCP and trade autonomously on the local machine, reacting to the market. It supports trading guardrails, monitors, and scheduled tasks so agents run on a cycle or on events; it can also orchestrate multiple agents to collaboratively manage strategies and portfolios, and controls the trading flow through manual or automatic order approval, background turn limits, and per-agent order accounting. The project is experimental software; agents may place or cancel orders on funded brokerage accounts, and users must supervise them and bear the trading risk.
