Toyo
A paid AI executive assistant for inboxes, meetings, follow-ups, and recurring work, available through messages and voice calls.
About Toyo
Toyo is a paid AI executive assistant for founders and busy teams. It works through messages and voice calls, connects with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, and other business tools, and takes on inbox triage, meeting preparation, scheduling, follow-up reminders, and recurring workflows. Setup is relatively short: a text questionnaire followed by a phone call, which Toyo says takes about ten minutes in total. The $29-per-month Solo plan suits routine assistant work but has a standard daily usage limit. Pro costs $79 per month and adds higher limits, assisted personal setup, frontier AI models, and workflows for research or content writing. Custom-priced Teams accounts add an agent for each member, shared company context, custom skills and connectors, SSO, administration, and dedicated support. There are practical tradeoffs. Toyo requires a credit card and does not currently offer a free trial. It stores customer content and voice recordings, and every voice interaction is recorded. Data is hosted in US data centers with encryption at rest and in transit; Toyo says it does not train models on customer data.
Best for
Best use cases
Use Toyo when unanswered email threads and promised follow-ups need continuous attention between meetings.
Use Toyo when meeting preparation, calendar changes, and daily updates consume time that could go to focused work.
Use Toyo when recurring research or content workflows need to run with context from connected business services.
Compare before choosing
Unlike a general chat assistant, Toyo connects to work services and can continue recurring workflows without a fresh prompt each time.
Solo is the lower-cost choice for everyday executive-assistant tasks, while Pro raises limits and adds advanced knowledge work.
Teams extends Pro with shared context, administration, SSO, custom connectors, and dedicated support for an organization.
Features
Inbox and follow-up management
Triage incoming email, draft replies, and follow up when a conversation goes quiet.
Meeting and calendar support
Prepare for meetings, coordinate scheduling, and send daily updates through connected tools.
Recurring knowledge work
Run repeatable workflows and, on Pro, tackle research and content-writing assignments.
Pros
- Connects with common work services, reducing the need to move inbox and calendar tasks into another dashboard.
- Can continue follow-ups and recurring workflows in the background instead of waiting for a new prompt each time.
- Offers a clear upgrade path from individual daily assistance to higher-limit knowledge work and managed team deployment.
Cons
- The entry plan costs $29 per month, requires a credit card, and does not include a free trial.
- Daily usage is limited on Solo; heavier workloads require the $79 per month Pro plan or a custom Teams agreement.
- All voice interactions are recorded, which may affect fit for conversations involving sensitive business information.
