About UI Discovery

UI Discovery is a library of high-resolution screenshot references from real products, covering websites, iOS apps, web apps, and their individual blocks — 6,545 production references across more than 2,600 designs in total. You can search by app, screen, page block, or style, view the colors and fonts extracted from each reference, and compare the style, typography, and block structure of two references side by side. Once you've settled on a direction, it generates an original build prompt (brief) describing the layout, available colors and fonts, your own content, and the required interface states, ready for coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 to generate an implementation — which you'll need to review and test yourself.

Best for

Designers looking for real-product references for interface design
Developers and indie builders using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and v0
Design and development teams shipping products weekly who need frequent reference lookups

Best use cases

Finding colors, fonts, and layout references from real products for a new page or feature

Turning a chosen interface style into an AI build prompt for a coding tool to generate a first implementation

Comparing the visual systems and page structures of two products to study similar design patterns

Searching the reference catalog via API or MCP within your own workflow

Compare before choosing

The official comparison page shows how two references can be compared: for example, the Linear reference has a dark style, the Inter Variable typeface, and 32 captured blocks, while the Mercury reference has a light style, the arcadiaDisplay typeface, and 85 captured blocks — letting you pick references by style, typeface, and block structure

Reference comparison

View two references side by side across dimensions such as style, typography, and the number of captured blocks.

AI build prompts

Generate an original prompt for a selected reference, describing layout, colors, fonts, content, and interface states, ready for tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 to generate implementations.

API and MCP

  • AI prompts are original briefs specifying layout, colors, fonts, content, and interface states, ready to use with common AI coding tools

Cons

  • iOS reference content varies: some entries only include App Store listing images, while others feature reviewed in-app screens or recordings; machine-read text is not counted as verified screen names
  • AI-generated implementations need your own review and testing
  • The Team plan does not yet offer shared workspaces or additional seats; member invitations and comments are not available yet
  • The Claude Code guide includes only one recorded React example; other editor-style prompt cases need to be confirmed separately
