X Downloader is a browser-based tool for downloading public X (Twitter) media. After pasting a link to a public post, users can download the video in one of the MP4 qualities the post offers, or convert the video locally to a 192 kbps MP3. They can also batch-resolve up to 10 public post links at once, or generate post screenshots. The site works without account registration or app installation, and an optional Chrome extension is available as a one-click shortcut. Note that it only handles public posts: protected, deleted, region-restricted, or temporarily unresolvable posts cannot be downloaded. Available quality depends on the original upload, and the tool does not generate higher quality.
