Anam
API infrastructure for adding low-latency, real-time conversational AI avatars to web products.
About Anam
Anam is an API platform for embedding real-time conversational AI avatars in web applications. Developers create a persona in Anam Lab, configure its avatar, voice, language model and instructions, then authenticate a browser experience with an API key. Sessions stream user audio over WebRTC, process speech and model responses, synthesize voice, and return generated video. Typical uses include customer support, sales, language tutoring, medical-service interfaces and skills training. Anam documents JavaScript and Python SDKs as well as a REST API, so teams can connect avatars to an existing application stack rather than build a rendering pipeline themselves. Cara 4 supports landscape and portrait output, while Cara 3 remains available for deployments that need the previous stable model. Pricing is usage-oriented: plans include monthly minutes, sessions are billed by the second after the allowance, and unused minutes expire at the end of each billing period. Free includes 30 minutes, one concurrent session, one custom avatar and a three-minute conversation limit. Higher tiers increase included minutes, concurrency, custom avatars and support. Enterprise adds negotiated capacity, dedicated support, an uptime SLA and Zero Data Retention.
