Everlaw AI
Evidence-grounded AI for legal investigation, document review, deposition analysis and drafting inside Everlaw.
About Everlaw AI
Everlaw AI is an evidence-grounded AI suite inside Everlaw's ediscovery platform. Legal teams can question large case databases in natural language, summarize and analyze individual or batches of documents, obtain coding suggestions with written reasons, and draft work product from selected evidence in Storybuilder. Deep Dive is designed for databases exceeding 10 million documents, while Clustering can visualize as many as 25 million documents on one screen. Results cite source documents so reviewers can check them against the record. The commercial model is a flexible case or annual platform subscription based on managed data and usage. Core platform capabilities, single-document AI actions, and Writing Assistant are included in the subscription; batch actions consume usage-based credits. This arrangement suits teams that want AI embedded in investigation, review, deposition, and drafting workflows, but buyers need a custom quote and should plan governance around credit-consuming batch work. Administrators can control AI permissions, overall spend, and spend by matter.

- Single-document AI actions and Writing Assistant are included in the platform subscription at no extra cost.
- Natural-language search, review assistance and drafting work in the same ediscovery platform.
Cons
- Pricing requires a custom quote based on managed data and usage, which makes advance cost comparison harder.
- Batch AI actions require usage-based credits, so high-volume review can add variable spend.
