About Niteshift

Niteshift gives coding agents an isolated cloud environment built for a repository’s full stack. A team defines its development setup, tools, and automation once, then uses Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or Pi in that environment. The setup agent reads repository docs, scripts, CI configuration, and Docker files. It works through services, databases, authentication, workers, and seeded data until the application runs. During a task, the agent can execute tests, browser checks, log reviews, CI, and evaluations. The resulting pull request includes that verification evidence. Teams can dispatch work from GitHub, Linear, or Slack and connect services including Sentry, Datadog, AWS, Vercel, Stripe, and Supabase, either directly or through MCP. Billing is based on active agent time, at 0.1 credits per minute. Model tokens use the customer’s own key or subscription. The Free plan has one seat and $10 in credits each month. Paid plans provide more credits, and the Team plan includes unlimited seats.

Best for

Solo developers testing cloud coding-agent workflows
Individuals who need longer agent runs with pay-as-you-go capacity
Teams that need unlimited seats and shared cloud environments

Best use cases

Running a repository with its databases and background services

Producing a pull request with test and browser evidence

Dispatching coding tasks from GitHub, Linear, or Slack

Compare before choosing

Choose it over laptop-only agents when tasks need isolated full-stack services

Compare credit consumption at 0.1 credits per active minute against expected run length

Check whether bringing your own model key or subscription fits your procurement workflow

Features

Run full-stack coding tasks

Let an agent configure and run services, databases, authentication, workers, and seeded data in an isolated cloud environment.

Attach verification evidence

Have agents run tests, browser checks, logs, CI, and evaluations, then attach the results to the pull request.

Dispatch work from team tools

Start coding work through GitHub, Linear, or Slack while connecting external services directly or through MCP.

Pros

  • The Free plan includes $10 in monthly credits, so a solo developer can test real tasks before paying.
  • Full-stack environments can include databases, authentication, workers, and seeded data, reducing local setup for complex tasks.
  • Verification evidence can include tests, browser checks, logs, CI, and evaluations, making pull requests easier to review.

Cons

  • Active agent time consumes 0.1 credits per minute, so long-running tasks can exceed the monthly allowance.
  • Individual pricing remains limited to one seat, so collaboration requires the $250-per-month Team plan.
  • Model tokens are not included; customers must supply their own API key or compatible subscription.
