ChatShape creates an AI chatbot from a website or uploaded PDF files and supplies a script tag for adding it to a site. The service reads visible, copyable webpage text and shows the extracted links and character count before a bot is generated. Teams can change the prompt and opening message, adjust the color and branding, review recorded conversations, and collect visitor email addresses. Lead records include conversation context and country information, and they can be exported to CSV. The free plan works for a small test, but its allowance is only 20 messages a month, two chatbot generations, and 20,000 characters per bot. It also deletes free bots after five inactive days. Paid plans increase the message, generation, and source-size allowances. Embedding starts with Standard at $48 per month. Removing the ChatShape attribution and getting priority support require Pro at $398 per month. The practical choice comes down to chat volume, source size, embedding needs, and whether visible vendor branding is acceptable.
