Grain
AI meeting notes, searchable transcripts, clips, and coaching insights for growing teams.
About Grain
Grain is an AI meeting notetaker built for growing teams. It records meetings, creates summaries and searchable transcripts, and surfaces account insights and coaching material so people do not have to replay every call. Teams can cut important moments into short clips, keep conversations in a shared library, and send customer context to Slack, Asana, Notion, or Productboard. Product and UX teams can retain evidence from interviews. Customer success teams can circulate the customer's own words, while recruiters can review interview moments on their own schedule. Grain also sends meeting material to Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools for further work. Its Free plan covers evaluation and light use. Larger rollouts, stronger administration, and some security needs may require a paid option. Grain says it is SOC 2 Type II certified, hosts its software in AWS facilities in the United States, and provides SSO to Enterprise customers.
